Various developmental work discuss in Apex Council Meeting of OCA

Bhubaneswar,12/07: The Apex Council Meeting of Odisha Cricket Association held today) at the OCA Conference Hall, Barabati Stadium.  In this meeting Pankaj Lochan Mohanty (Vice President, OCA) presided over the proceeding.
At the start of the meeting a two minutes condolence was observed as a mark of respect to the departed souls.

In this meeting it was discussed that as the OCA has almost completed the domestic season, as such all the probable teams will be handed over to the respective coaches and focus should be given more on training and preseason invitational matches both in men and women.
In this meeting it was decided that the OCA will conduct an Invitational Cricket Tournament in near future where in other State Teams will participate. This will be done both in Senior & Junior
categories. It was also decided that Curators and Coaches be appointed at various Affiliated Cricket Academies where OCA has developed infrastructure. The Work of other ongoing Cricket Academies be completed very soon. It was also proposed that the U-19 Men Inter District may be conducted in
three tier like the Kalahandi Cup (i.e. ± Diamond, Gold & Silver League).

(Member Apex Council, OCA),  Gita Samantray (Member Apex Council, OCA) &  Subrat Kumar Behera (CEO, OCA) were present for the meeting.  Pratap Chandra Pradhan (Member Apex Council, OCA) gave the vote of thanks.
